UPDATE:
About 2 weeks ago, our electrical was finally fixed in our basement where we can use are treadmill now. Painter came to repair some patchwork and left some extra paint behind to match our interior walls. Plumbing under kitchen sink was fixed after detaching from our drain and water leakage all over our wood cabinet flooring. Grading in yard with sod layover is still sketchy, but we plan to do some landscaping to keep eyes away from the imperfections. Overall, we are still very happy with our home and the quality of the build. Our house is very quiet from outside noises, and the interior is very well insulated through the extra expense we decided to throw out for extra insulation. House stays warm/cool in months where weather is to either extreme.
Now, it's time we start shopping for window coverings (blinds, etc.) as the two lots behind us now have houses. We have a month or so before they are done and have new neighbors so we have a little time to find exactly what we like. House looks great and will look better as we continue to add our final touches and enhancements to make it more our home. :)
